Hi, Thanks for adding the getmaxyx patch. I proposed the values of 27 for height and 25 for width based on my use. (onewindow layout) I took 27 for the height because anything less crashed pytone in the onewindow layout. (Please verify this on your system) Also I took 25 for the width, because that was still acceptable in the onewindow layout. I understand 50 might be more useful if you have the twowindow layout. But it's too much for onewindow. There is also a second issue, on start-up these values are not enforced. I can easily start pytone in a 40x30 window (what I prefer for the onewindow layout). This can cause crashes if this is below certain limits (25x27) Also because this is not enforced there is window-corruption when initiating pytone with smaller than allowed dimensions and then changing the dimensions.
